COMMUNICATIONS
On occasion, if our clinical staff is assisting other patients on the phone or in person, it will be important for you to leave a detailed message that includes the best way to reach you.
While calls are triaged to ensure the safety of our patients, we strive to return all calls in a timely manner. We will make you aware of any delay in our getting the results or support information we require in order to make recommendations on your behalf.
For optimal communications and the comfort of all patients, we ask you to silence or turn off your cell phone, and to arrange for your children to be supervised for the duration of your visit.
