CANCELLATIONS

As a courtesy to you, our office will make every attempt to remind you of your appointment some 48 hours prior to your scheduled time. If you are unable to keep your appointment, we require 24 hours notice to ensure other patients are able to utilize our office time effectively.

No-shows and cancellations within less than 24 hours are billed a fee that is not covered by your medical insurance.

We all have busy lives, and we respect that you have a schedule to keep. We do our best to stay on time throughout the day; as a result, if you arrive late, you may need to reschedule your appointment.
