We bill each appointment according to the issues and concerns it addresses. Our offsite billing service adheres to national standards, and given our contractual obligations with insurance carriers (including Medicare), we cannot alter coding or stray from standard billing procedures.

Every insurance plan is different. Please check with yours in advance to be sure what is and is not covered. You are financially responsible for uncovered visits and other medical issues with your insurance company.
